Sizzling summer dishes with Hirsch’s and Miele

With summer in full swing along the sunny East Coast, Hirsch’s Umhlanga recently hosted a Sizzling Summer Dishes cooking demonstration. The menu included Freshly baked Mediterranean Garlic Bread with Grilled Summer Fruit served with a herb and honey butter as well as Chorizo and Halloumi sticks – a succulent Sangria Chicken rounded off the meal.
“Using fresh seasonal ingredients makes for more interesting dishes, and combining ingredients in new ways is sure to be a hit around the dinner table” said Cheryl Woollatt, guest chef and Miele Representative. All the dishes were prepared using the exclusive range of Miele appliances, bringing quality and style into the kitchen.
