Ikeraam Kellerman Chief Korana – The Traditional Courts Bill, the National Traditional Affairs Bill and the WESTERN CAPE INDIGENOUS INTERGRATED TRADITIONAL LEADERS is detrimental to the Khoi, San and their descendants also known as Coloureds or Kleurlinge.

It is doctrine policies and practices based on or advocating superiority of peoples or individuals on the basis of national origin or racial, religious, ethnic or cultural differences are racist, scientifically false, legally invalid, morally condemnable and socially unjust.

It is OPPRESSIVE, ILLEGAL, UNLAWFUL and CULTURAL GENOCIDE. In addition, that who accept it or want to accept it is busy with CULTURAL GENOCIDE. Those who accept the ACT 41 BILL or want to accept it is busy with CULTURAL GENOCIDE, throwing away your aboriginal identity, history and rights.

This means legal charges against you or whoever accepts the above Bills or forms any alliance with the Blacks or Whites should be included in the lists of names for the act of CULTURAL GENOCIDE against your own people.

You can only agree to anything once the South African Constitution is being changed to accommodate the Khoi-San people and their communities. In addition, the racial discriminatory identity force upon us is removed. Our historical trading areas are given back. More rights on the sea for fishing communities, the return of our properties that was dispossessed in a form of informal settlements, that the Housing policies is change as well as the employment policies and most importantly the abolishment of the Constitution of Western Cape 1997.

You become another Tribe outside the Khoi and San groups.

It was created by the ANC, the Blacks, once you subject yourself to
these Bills or Acts you automatically reject your aboriginal right to
this country, you becomes part of the Nguni Clan, meaning you are a
Black Chief destroying the Khoi, San and their descendants
communities.

Which mean you accept the South African Constitution & the Constitution of Western Cape 1997, you accept the 1913 Land Act, you accept BEE, you accept Affirmative Action Bill, you accept dispossession of land in a form of Informal Settlements by Blacks, which means you accept everything that is detrimental to those aboriginal tribes known as KhoiSan or under law as Coloureds.

THINK TWICE…

You become another Tribe outside the Khoi and San groups, lower than the so-called Coloureds group.
