Why is it when I go into Dashboard to see about changing my background it shows WordPress

Is letterdash, now part of word press, Please someone tell me. as I dont want to get into any more trouble with them. When I went to Dashboard to change my background to something Christmassy, this is what comes up in my link site http://blogs.24.com/carolyndewrance/wp-admin/
Now why is Letterdash part of Word press, and if it is then how come Word Press banned my other blog and not this one.
Can anyone answer this question for me. Looks like I am going to have to find another blog site to use, other then Blogger.

Hi Carolyn. Letterdash uses the same platform as WordPress. Why, I don’t know. Maybe just to confuse us all…
