Basic cake recipe-cupcakes

Yesterday I posted about baking at my grannys house….here’s the recipe we used.
3 eggs. 2 1/2 tspn baking powder
3/4 cup castors sugar. 1 3/4 cup cake flour
2/3 cup milk. 125 grams butter
Method
Preheat oven to 180degrees. beat butter & sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time. Sift flour & baking powder. Add flour & milk bit by bit. beat well. Bake cfor about 15 minutes.
